After talking with many real estate agents we were fortunate enough to have met Brad and Sara. We decided to use them to sell our biggest asset, our home in Rochester Hills. The couple made us feel taken care of and protected from the start!! They advised us what we needed to do and we all got to work! Mr. Brad Patrick was the detailed, diligent intelligent agent that assisted us directly. He was very patient with our questions, research and reservations early on. What really impressed us — we ran into an issue with the buyers of our house needing more time due to an issue, not on our end. The big issue was we were a few days from closing. He happily offered to and executed to contact the listing agent, builder and whoever else was in charge on our contract to buy elsewhere. It's a family affair — Brad and Sarah's son, Christian, hosted the open house for us when our home was for sale. All texts, emails and calls are handled with care and I never felt like Brad didn't care! Expectations were always exceeded — if he told me he would call by 5 pm, he is calling at 3:30! Please trust that you are working with the best!

Brad recently helped my husband and I find our first home together. He made the entire process feel absolutely seamless from start to finish. From the beginning, he was always transparent, sharing his honest opinions and giving us advice to help us through the process. He offered so much insight on everything from design ideas to different ways of house hunting in order to get the most 'bang' for our 'buck'. Brad was great to work with as a first time home buyer! He was knowledgeable, patient, and just an overall nice guy. He's been in the industry for a while so it was helpful to have someone who could point things out in a home that I may not have thought to look at or consider. He also has positive relationships with a lot of people in the industry which was super helpful. We were always able to make scheduling work for houses I wanted to view which in this market matters because the houses weren't staying on the market long. Our experience with Brad and The Patrick Group as a whole was incredible! As first time home buyers we really appreciated that Brad made sure all our questions were answered, really listened to what we wanted and was very patient with us.
